Hamloaf
Ingredients:

1 pound ground ham

​1/2 pound fresh ground pork, no seasoning

​1/2 pound hamburger

​1 sleeve crushed saltine crackers

​2 eggs

​1 1/2- 2 cup milk

​Combine all ingredients until mixed. The mixture should not be dry, but easy to shape into a loaf or individual loaves. Place in a shallow pan with space around the loaf for the sauce. Pour the sauce over the loaf and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Baste every 15 minutes. Will serve 8.

​Sauce:

​​Place in sauce pan and bring to a boil.

​1 cup vinegar

​1 cups brown sugar

​1 teaspoon of dry mustard
